Can I reserve a listing?

If you are not ready to purchase or if we are working on a custom shipping quote for large items/ furniture, I am happy to reserve the listing for you.
Items can be reserved for 24 hours maximum. Customers can reserve multiple items, but for the fairness of other interested buyers, I cannot reserve a single listing multiple times for the same customer.

How much is the shipping charge for my location?

The cost of shipping is automatically calculated for your location based on the weight and size of each item. Please click the tab to the right "Shipping & Policies" to see the cost of shipping for an single item or you can add the item(s) to your cart to see the cost of shipping combined.

Occasionally, the shipping cost is over calculated for purchases of multiple items. If this is the case, you will be refunded the excess charges after shipping.

The shipping charge for large furniture is an estimate, please contact me with your zip code and I'll get back to you with shipping options and quotes.

Do you ship with Insurance?

All domestic orders (within the USA) are shipped with insurance. International orders have insurance for transit within the USA, International orders are final sale and customers must purchase at their own risk.

When will I receive my order?

Unless otherwise specified in the specific listing description, I ship 1-3 days after receipt of a cleared payment via USPS or Fedex (whichever is most economical for the customer). At checkout, you will have several options for delivery:

First Class (Small Packages) 2-5 days in transit
Priority Mail 1-3 days in transit
Parcel Select (Standard) up to 9 days in transit
Express 1-2 days in transit

NOTE: Orders with free shipping will ship via USPS first class, USPS Parcel Select, or Fedex Ground. These methods can take anywhere from 2 to 9 days in transit. If you need your item sooner, shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery times will vary for international orders.

Can I return an item?

All items are final sale. I provide refunds for domestic orders only if an item arrived damaged through the shipping process or if the listing grossly misrepresented the item. Returns are not accepted if the buyer had a change of heart, did not read the entire item description/ requirements for purchase, or did not carefully look at all the photos provided. Please read the listing descriptions carefully and ask any questions you may have before purchasing.

All International orders are final sale, buyers must purchase at their own risk. Due to it not being possible to purchase tracking or insurance in many international countries, I cannot be held liable if an international order is lost or damage in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. If your country is not listed, please convo me so that I can add it.

Though nearly all my international orders are delivered without any problems, please note that all International orders are final sale. Insurance and tracking are not available for most international shipments and any additional customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. There could potentially be a delay in delivery if the item is held at customs at the country of delivery.

Please purchase at your own risk, If your item goes missing or is damaged in transit I cannot refund you. I cannot accept exchanges or returns for items shipped internationally.

Can I place a rush order?

Please send me a convo before purchasing if you have a rush order to make sure I can accommodate your time frame.
In addition, shipping upgrades are available at checkout at an additional cost. If standard shipping will be too slow, please select the shipping upgrade for your time frame when placing your order.

My package was returned to sender, what can I do?

I am happy to reship packages at an additional shipping charge.

Once an Item ships, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the package using the tracking numbers provided. If there is no safe place for the carrier to leave the package, it is the responsibility of the recipient to make arrangements with their postal carrier or pick up the package at their local post office. If an item is returned to sender because the customer did not take receipt or make arrangements to pick up their package, a refund will be given minus any shipping costs that incurred. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed if an item is returned to sender because the package was left unclaimed.

I live in the Bay Area, can I pick up locally?

The items we have for sale on Etsy are for online shopping only and we are not available to do local pick ups or personal deliveries at this time. But all items are shipped promptly with tracking numbers.
